FAQ
I am sure you may have many questions. Hopefully I can answer some of them here. I'll do my best.
-
How many clients have you helped?Trevor has been consulting friends and colleagues on building their businesses for years. He has helped many podiatrists transition from the hospital or employed positions to private practice. Using his methods, Trevor believes he can not only help improve your cash flow and efficiencies, he also believes he can increase your profits and help improve your free time.
-
Why aren't your prices listed?Consulting is not just a one price fits all. Depending on the needs a client has, the prices can be variable. Trevor is typically less than other consultants in our field. Some consulting groups charge upwards of $2000/month. We can assure you we are not that expensive. But the knowledge and information that Trevor can give you are no less valuable than the $2000 consulting firms. We argue they are better.
-
How do you evaluate my practice and make it more profitable? There are many ways to do this. You can give Trevor access to your financial information and EHR. We can sign a BAA as that is likely needed, as he may come across PHI. However, depending on your needs, Trevor can also fly out to your office and evaluate and give ideas on how you can improve your growth, efficiency, and profits. This can be part of your overall consulting fee if ongoing or if looking for a one time consultation, you would need to pay the consulting fee, hotel, and flights for Trevor to come out.
-
What sets you apart from other consultants?Trevor will give you a blueprint of success. He will lay out for you some things that you need to do to improve your processes. He will also give you access via email and phone to help with any questions. A lot of consultants out there will try to get you to move to an all cash based practice. While that is a great option, it's not always the best option and can be scary to move in that direction. Trevor has experience in working with both. He has found a way to really make money in an insurance based practice without being unethical or over billing. It's all about offering the best treatment available and having the right mindset.
