ABOUT

As a new podiatrist and just coming out of residency, I joined a large hospital system with the goals of making money and getting better hands on experience. After three short years, I realized, working for a hospital was frustrating and just plain unfulfilling. I left that job and decided to go out on my own in 2018. I started my own practice and company and did it all on my own, with my own money, no loans and really no help. As of today, I own four podiatry locations, two outreach clinics with two doctors and collecting over $3 million a year. I also own a thriving mobile podiatry/wound care business. It wasn't easy and there were many bumps and pitfalls. However, I learned from those and because of that, I started Trident Podiatry Consulting with the goal of helping other graduating residents and others entrepreneurs looking to go into private practice or boost your private practice. My goal is to help you avoid those bumps in the road. To teach you how to run your business and make money without sacrificing your hippocratic oath. I want to take your practice to the Elite Status.

Our Mission

Our mission is three-fold. Growth, Efficiency, and Profits

Growth

"Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth"

           - John F. Kennedy

In podiatry, I see all of us conforming to the norm. Doing this limits your ability to grow and really establish yourself as a leader in your profession. Stop doing what others do and set yourself apart from other podiatrists.

Efficiency

It's not how you plan your work, it's how you work your plan.

       -unknown

Being efficient is having a plan and working it. Spending your time planning and not putting in the work executing that plan is ultimately what ends up in procrastination and lack of efficiency.

Profits

"Success is simple. Do what is right, the right way, at the right time."

       -Arnold H. Glasow

Profit is the goal. But to be profitable or more profitable, its about offering the best treatment for the patient at that time. Whether that is covered by insurance or not. Don't judge your patients, give them the option and run with it.
